Analog design engineer
Position

Analog engineers in Synthara typically work on inventing, architecting and designing analog sub-systems for Synthara's in-memory compute products.
Experience in developing low-power analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital designers, layout designers, and verification engineers
Develop and implement innovative circuit architectures for high-speed, low-power converter design
Participate in the development of new in-memory computing architectures and provide technical guidance to other team members
Profile:
You have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5-10 years of experience in analog VLSI design, with a focus on high-performance converter design
Extensive experience with the design of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters

As physical design engineer, you will be in charge of our physical design flows integrating custom memories, macros and RTL designs. Your responsibilites include
creating floor plans, generating abstract views, performing RC extraction, place and route (PNR), static timing analysis (STA), and ensuring electromagnetic (EM) and IR drop integrity.
You will be collaborating closely with the design team and supporting in debugging tool and design related issues.
Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5-10 years of experience in physical design, including floor planning, RC extraction, PNR, STA, EM, and IR drop integrity analysis
